Susan Morrow has provided market-driven leadership to companies focused on social impact via technology transformations, most recently in education technology and publishing. Recent roles include co-founder and head of product for a mobile learning platform at One University Network, chief product officer for Reading Rainbow, and development exec for Pearson; she has also held leadership roles at Leapfrog, IAC Publishing, Blurb, Adobe/Macromedia and more. Susan has led teams through many stages of organizational development: startup, growth, regeneration of mature businesses, and acquisition. From managing a $180M P&L for a publicly traded company to self-funding her own startup, Susan is expert in identifying and monetizing opportunities for product innovation. A data-driven executive with an MBA from Stanford and BA from Bryn Mawr, her operational experience includes leadership for a digital content subscription service, mobile and handheld device software, extensive digital curricula (100+ courses), twelve content titles, six global software titles with annual releases, five v1.0 applications, multiple revenue-generating online apps, seven products for emerging markets, and more than twenty “hard goods” products.
