Dorothy Zhuomei is a leadership coach specialized in working with startup executives and high-performing emerging leaders. Since 2011, Dorothy has coached hundreds of business professionals, entrepreneurs and MBA students on leadership and personal development. She currently serves as a leadership and career coach for the Haas School of Business and frequently conducts trainings on interpersonal communications, authentic leadership, emotional intelligence and team dynamics. She regularly coaches startup founders at the Berkeley Entrepreneurs Association and Berkeley’s SkyDeck. Her clients include entrepreneurs from Y Combinator and 500 Startups.
Dorothy received leadership coaching training and earned her MBA at the Kellogg School of Management. She is further certified as a Professional Integral Coach after a year-long intensive training at New Ventures West. Prior to becoming a coach, Dorothy worked as a Management Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. She has accumulated business experiences in a broad range of sectors including biotechnology, global health, venture capital and entrepreneurship. She holds a BA in Biochemistry from Occidental College and a Master in Engineering Management with a focus in Design and Operations from Northwestern University.
