For over 15 years, Anuja has used her expansive education market knowledge to conceive, launch, and drive significant business growth for companies looking to impact the education landscape. Her expertise includes product strategy, scaling businesses, creating worldwide certification programs, and conceptualizing and launching new products.
Anuja runs a successful consultancy whose clients are pioneers in a variety of industries including EdTech, Publishing, Creative and Gaming technologies, Marketing Automation technologies, and Educational non-profits. Across these industries, Anuja is a key advisor to C-level executives looking to build, scale, and grow their businesses. From product strategy to organizational scaling, she has engaged in a variety of projects that employed her expertise.
Prior to consulting, Anuja held multiple roles at Adobe Systems. Throughout her tenure on the Adobe Education team she contributed to multiple parts of the business. She led a worldwide multi-functional team managing a prolific consumer business which constituted a large portion of the $600M Education business; she built and managed global curriculum, certification, and community programs that supported the education enterprise business; and she managed a growing emerging markets business to drive overall B2B and B2C growth in education. She has a history of working collaboratively with sales, marketing, and creative teams to achieve joint business goals.
Anuja holds a Master’s degree in Learning, Design, and Technology from Stanford School of Education as well as a bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science from Northwestern University. Anuja started her career as an inner-city teacher. That experience shaped her beliefs and drove her to a career that continually strives to improve teaching and learning.
