About Alexander Castro
Alex is product leader, entrepreneur, mentor, and advisor. Alex is passionate about creating compelling products users love, driving customer adoption and business growth. He has experience in product management at Amazon, Microsoft, and Electronic Arts, and as a startup founder.
He was the product manager responsible for the creation and launch of Amazon’s Mechanical Turk. At Microsoft, he created and launched Microsoft CRM, which has since grown to $1B+ in revenue. He also worked on Internet Explorer, Windows, and MSN while at Microsoft. He was Vice President at Electronic Arts, where he owned Product Management for EA’s data and analytics platform and applications.
Alex was the founder and CEO of Delve Networks, an online video platform, whose customers included NFL, Sony, ESPN, among others. Delve was acquired by Limelight Networks.
Alex graduated from Cornell University with a BS and MEng in Computer Science and graduated from Wharton with an MBA. He frequently takes online courses to feed his love of learning.
